Because GRY shares space with the Latitude Artist Community, yogis, artwork, and artists define the space. Located in a downtown warehouse, the only upgrade we made to the art studio was the installation of portable flooring over existing concrete.
These photos first represent friends, inspiration, supporters, and students. GrassRootsYoga is a vision made manifest, due in great part to the founders of Latitude, Crystal Bader and Bruce Burris, and the many friends of both organizations. Everyday, and from my heart, I thank them -- and extend deep appreciation to the dedicated vinyasa students who persevere in the practice and contribute so generously to Latitude programming. You seriously rock!
This page is small retrospective -- and a work in progress. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then most of these images will surely speak for themselves. I have included photos of my own artwork, inspired by my personal journey as it has so far expressed itself.
